چکیده
This paper is devoted to the analysis of heat transfer and Navier’s slip effects in a non-Newtonian Jeffrey fluid flowing past stretching/shrinking sheet. The nanoparticles, namely, Cu Al2O3 are used with water-based Prandtl number 6.272. Velocity flow assumed occur when characteristic size system small or pressure very small. By using similarity transformations, governing nonlinear PDEs turned into ordinary differential equations (ODE’s). Analytical results presented analyzed for various values physical parameters: number, Radiation parameter, parameter mass transpiration transfer. considered problem relevant applications field engineering, e.g., production certain materials, preparation plastic rubber sheets glass blowing. It shown that nanofluid increases thermal efficiency. nanoparticles act as heater by increasing solid volume fraction radiation. Vice versa, they can cooler if strength magnetic increased. decreases Deborah number.

This paper presents an investigation for bioconvection heat transfer of a nanofluid containing gyrotactic microorganisms over a stretching sheet, in which the effects of radiation, velocity slip and temperature jump are taken into account. The nonlinear governing equations are reduced into four ordinary differential equations by similarity transformations and solved by Homotopy Analysis Method ...
متن کاملSecond Order Slip Flow of Cu-Water Nanofluid Over a Stretching Sheet With Heat Transfer
The boundary layer flow of Cu-water based nanofluid with heat transfer over a stretching sheet is numerically studied. Second order velocity slip flow model is considered instead of no-slip at the boundary. The governing partial differential equations are transformed into ordinary one using similarity transformation, before being solved numerically. Numerical solutions of these equations are ob...

In this study, the three-dimensional magnetohydrodynamic (MHD) boundary layer of stagnation-point flow in a nanofluid was investigated. The Navier–Stokes equations were reduced to a set of nonlinear ordinary differential equations using a similarity transform. The similarity equations were solved for three types of nanoparticles: copper, alumina and titania with water as the base fluid, to inve...

In this paper, the differential transform method and Padé approximation (DTM-Padé) is applied to obtain the approximate analytical solutions of the MHD flow and heat transfer of a nanofluid over a nonlinearly stretching permeable sheet in porous. The similarity solution is used to reduce the governing system of partial differential equations to a set of nonlinear ordinary differential equations...
